Refund & Replacement Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on BeEthnic.ie (and any BeEthnic-operated EU storefronts shipping from Ireland).

1) 30-Day Risk-Free Returns (Change of Mind)

· You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

· Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, in original condition, with all tags/packaging intact.

· Earrings are returnable as long as they meet the conditions above.

· If your order included a free gift or bundle discount, the return value will be adjusted accordingly.

2) Replacements (Wrong / Damaged / Defective Items)

We will offer a free replacement (or a refund if replacement isn’t available) if: - You received the wrong item, wrong size, or an item is missing from your order, or - Your item arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include: - Your order number - Clear photos/video of the item and packaging

3) How to Request a Return or Replacement

Email us with: - Order number - Item(s) you want to return/replace - Reason for return/replacement - Photos (required for damaged/incorrect items)

We’ll reply with the next steps and share return instructions.

4) Return Shipping (We Handle It)

· All returns are shipped back at our cost. We’ll provide a return label or arrange collection (depending on your location and the parcel size).

· Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so we can make sure your return is tracked.

5) Refunds

· Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval by email.

· Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

· Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval (bank timelines may vary).

· Original shipping charges are refunded when you return the full order. If you return only part of an order, shipping may be refunded proportionally (where applicable).

6) Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (or request a replacement if we shipped the wrong item).

7) Order Cancellations

· If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation.

· If it has shipped, it will be treated as a return under Section 1.

8) Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

· Items marked final sale / non-returnable on the product page

· Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or normal wear and tear

· Gift cards (if applicable)

9) Important Notes for Handcrafted & Artisan Products

Many of our products are handcrafted. Small variations in: - colour, print placement, embroidery, or weave - minor finishing details

…are part of the artisan charm and are not considered defects.
